By accessing or using Shipyie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual vendors and organizations ("Customers").
Shipyie provides a cloud-based convention order-taking and shipping management platform. The Service includes kiosk-mode order entry, QR code address collection, offline order syncing, shipping label generation through multiple carriers, event management, lead capture, analytics dashboards, and SMS notifications. Features may vary by subscription plan.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and admin PIN, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Shipyie offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including order information, customer shipping addresses, product listings, and any other content ("Customer Data"). We do not sell Customer Data to third parties. We access Customer Data only as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
The Service facilitates shipping label generation through third-party carrier APIs (EasyPost, Shippo) and CSV export (PirateShip). Shipyie is not a shipping carrier and does not guarantee delivery times, package safety, or carrier availability. Carrier fees and postage costs are your responsibility and are separate from your Shipyie subscription.
The Service provides offline order-taking capability through local device storage. While we design for reliability, we do not guarantee against data loss caused by device failure, browser cache clearing, or other client-side issues. We recommend syncing data regularly when connectivity is available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipyie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Service settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
